I’m Satmap’s on-call designer for any new projects that need creating. They are a great team and we work really well together. I take care of all their print and online ads, show stands, video, web design, brochures and store POS.
As they launch new products, I’m at the frontline of the branding, shooting the photography, arranging the video and making sure the print and online creative assets are in place.
“Mark has been a long standing designer for Satmap for many years, defining the brand and producing just about all of our marketing materials. He’s done everything for us from video, animation, print, exhibition design, landing pages and photography. He’s even helped with the software UI of our flagship GPS device – the Active 20. He’s fantastic to work with, dedicated and always offers great solutions and creativity to our design needs. We always have great communication together and he just knows the brand so well. We always get what we need, with tangible results in sales.”
Full retail store creative
Working alongside Robert Dyas gave me great insight into retail consumer trends and buying mentality.
Together we produced season after season of creative in-store themes to keep the stores looking fresh and relevant. I designed regular Spring, Easter, Summer, Autumn and Christmas campaigns which covered media such as Large format signage, full catalogues, emails, direct marketing, website graphics and full product animations and promotions for the window displays and television.
“I’ve worked with Mark for years and we’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from small online reactive campaigns to in store TV graphics. We worked on a series of seasonal store campaigns and each time I could not fault Mark’s attention to detail and ability to come up with a new exiting creative each time.”
From top-line creative to final artwork
Since 2015 I’ve been on board for a number of PHD Media’s thought leadership and book campaigns.
I’ve contributed toward the brand development, helped design numerous internal communications as well as countless high profile book projects. Recently we produced ‘Merge’ an impressive book detailing the future of wearables and the direction of personal tech. As well as the complete look and feel of the Merge brand, I designed and artworked the book, along with all the supporting marketing materials in the form of landing pages, emails, posters, advertising, event design and promotional booklets.
“Mark is incredibly creative, flexible, friendly and open to work with. We have been impressed with his breadth of conceptualising and the professional way he takes our briefs, understands them and gives us a multitude of impressive options.”
